Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Coastline PT, operated by David Silver trading as Train90 (ABN 54 970 821 702), Queensland ("we", "us", "our"). By buying or using a program you agree to them. Please read the health and safety section carefully.
Version 1.14 · Effective 28 October 2026
We supply the training service to you. Our website and program engine are provided by our platform provider, Train90 (David Silver, ABN 54 970 821 702), which handles your information on our behalf as our privacy policy explains.
1. Who can use Coastline PT
You must live in Australia and be either:
- 18 or over;
- 16 or 17, with the consent of a parent or guardian, who gives us their name and email address and confirms they've read the safety questions and your answers. Programs for 16 and 17-year-olds use bodyweight exercises only, except that sport exercises may use a light resistance band if you have one. We never send marketing emails to anyone under 18; or
- a child aged 12 to 15 added by a parent or guardian under clause 1A (Coastline PT Family, where offered). Children under 16 can't sign up themselves.
You (or, for Family, the parent or guardian) must answer the safety screening questions truthfully and tell us if your health changes. Our programs are not designed for people who are pregnant or have given birth in the last six months, or for rehabilitation of injuries or medical conditions.
1A. Coastline PT Family (12 to 15-year-olds)
Who can use it. Where offered, if you're a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over with an active Adaptive (or Coached) plan, you can add up to three children aged 12 to 15 to your plan. Your child doesn't have an account or login of their own. You agree to these terms on your child's behalf, and you're responsible for how your child uses Coastline PT. Coastline PT Family is included in your plan at no extra cost.
Your child's agreement. Before a program is built, you hand your device to your child so they can say whether they want to take part. If they say "Not right now", nothing is saved.
You must supervise every session. You must be present and supervising for the whole of every session your child does, and confirm this in the app before each session opens. You must stop the session, and not let your child push through, if they have pain (not just hard work), dizziness or faintness, feel sick, have sharp pain in a joint, or their technique breaks down. You're responsible for choosing a safe space and checking any equipment you use, including the resistance band, the ball and any playground bar. Stay within arm's reach whenever your child hangs from a bar.
Health screening. You must answer the health questions about your child accurately and update them if your child's health changes. If you answer Yes or Don't know to any question, your child must be cleared by a GP or appropriate allied health professional before starting, and you must follow any limits they give. Screening helps identify children who should get advice before exercising, but it can't identify every risk.
What the program is. Family programs use bodyweight and light equipment only, build technique before difficulty, and never ask for maximum efforts. They're general fitness information, not medical advice, and they're not a substitute for in-person coaching by a qualified professional. You can skip or simplify any exercise, and you should stop any exercise that causes pain.
How long it lasts. Each Family program runs for 13 weeks, and your consent applies to that program (and never for more than 12 months). To start a new program, you add your child again with a fresh health check and fresh consent. When your child turns 16, they can have their own Coastline PT program with your consent instead. If your plan ends, your child's sessions stop appearing in your calendar.
Deleting your child's details. You can delete your child's details and program at any time, with one tap, from their program page. Deleting is permanent.
2. Health and safety
This is general fitness information, not medical advice. Coastline PT is not a medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation service and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a medical condition, injury or any doubt about whether exercise is safe for you, talk to your GP or an Accredited Exercise Physiologist before starting.
Exercise involves risk. Physical exercise carries a risk of injury, including muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries and falls, and, rarely, serious events such as heart attack, stroke or death. You can reduce these risks by warming up, using correct technique, choosing weights you can control, using safe and well-maintained equipment in a safe space, and progressing gradually.
Stop and get help if you feel chest pain or pressure, severe breathlessness, dizziness, faintness, an irregular heartbeat, or sharp or worsening pain. Call 000 in an emergency.
Nutrition plans are general guidance, not dietetic or medical advice. Where your plan includes nutrition, the method behind it was designed by a qualified fitness professional using the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the NHMRC Nutrient Reference Values. We are not Accredited Practising Dietitians. Numbers and portions are estimates. If you have a health condition, take regular medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of a difficult relationship with food, see your GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before following it. You can stop or change it at any time without affecting your exercise program.
Screening is a safety net, not a guarantee. Our safety screening is based on the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System. It helps identify people who should get advice before exercising, but it can't identify every risk.
You are in control of your training. You decide whether, when and how to do each session, and you're responsible for exercising within your own limits, choosing suitable weights, checking your equipment and training area are safe, and skipping any exercise that causes pain.
3. What you get
Depending on your plan, you get a 13-week training program built for you from our exercise library, a private web page for your program, a calendar feed, a baseline and retest, and (on the Adaptive and Coached plans) weekly check-ins that adjust the following week. Where offered, the Coached plan adds a program written or reviewed personally by a qualified trainer before you start, a review at weeks 4 and 8, fortnightly written feedback on your check-ins, and replies to your messages within one business day.
Programs are built by our software using exercises and programming rules reviewed and signed off by a qualified exercise professional. AI helps write coaching notes and may suggest exercise swaps, which our software checks against safety rules before use. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail.
Results aren't guaranteed. Results depend on many things we don't control, including consistency, sleep, nutrition and health. We don't promise any particular outcome such as weight loss or strength gains.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
If you unlock your plan with a member code from your gym, you don't pay on this website. Your gym decides whether access is part of your membership or charged separately, under its own membership terms.
- 90-Day Program: a one-off payment for one program.
- Adaptive plan: a subscription, paid monthly or (where offered) yearly, that renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. There's no minimum term or lock-in. We'll remind you by email before renewals where required, and if we change the price we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel first.
- Coached plan (where offered): a monthly subscription with a minimum term of three months: three monthly payments, then it continues month to month until you cancel. We show the minimum and the total of the three payments before you pay, and you confirm it. During the minimum you can still update your card and see receipts through Manage billing; if you ask to cancel during the minimum, your plan ends when the minimum does and no further payments are taken after it. The satisfaction promise below applies, and if you use it the minimum doesn't. Coached plans bought before 30 October 2026 have no minimum term. Places are limited. Coaching is delivered online and in writing, with video calls where offered (there is no face-to-face training), on business days, and is general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
Cancelling the Adaptive or Coached plan: you can cancel at any time using Manage billing on your program page or the link in your subscription emails, or by emailing us at david@train90.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month (or, for a yearly Adaptive plan, the current paid year), with no cancellation fee. For a Coached plan inside its three-month minimum, cancellation takes effect when the minimum ends; email us and we'll confirm the date. You keep access to your current program and calendar; weekly adjustments and any personal coaching stop.
If a subscription payment fails, Stripe will try again and we'll email you so you can update your card (you can do this through Manage billing). If the payment still can't be collected after the retries, your subscription may end. If it does, it works as if you had cancelled: you keep your current program and calendar, and weekly adjustments and any personal coaching stop.
5. Refunds and your consumer rights
Our satisfaction promise: if you're not happy with your 90-Day Program, email us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. If you're not happy with the Coached plan, a Coach Upgrade or a yearly Adaptive plan, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment; for the Coached plan, your plan then ends with nothing more to pay and the minimum term doesn't apply. You can cancel the Adaptive plan, and the Coached plan after its minimum, at any time as described above.
Your consumer rights: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
6. Your account and private links
Your program and calendar links are private. Anyone with the link can see your program, so keep them to yourself. If you think a link has been shared, email us and we'll replace it. Keep your email address up to date so you receive important messages.
7. Using our content
Your program, our exercise library, videos, text, the Coastline PT name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use your program for your own training. You must not copy, resell, share publicly or use our content or service to build a competing product, and you must not scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the website.
8. Changes to the service
We may improve or change the service, exercise library or features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you and you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for anything unused.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for loss or injury to the extent it results from you not following these terms, giving us inaccurate information, ignoring safety advice, or from equipment, facilities or surroundings we don't supply; and
- where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Coastline PT at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if continuing would put your safety or others at risk. If we end your access without you being at fault, we'll refund any unused prepaid amount.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information, including health information.
12. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please email david@train90.com.au first. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. You can also contact your state or territory consumer protection agency, such as the Office of Fair Trading Queensland.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. This does not remove any rights you have to bring a claim in your own state or territory.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. For subscriptions, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any change that affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
